Caledonian Holiday Lets is a family business based in Inverness, the capital of the beautiful Scottish Highlands.

We are proud to support other local businesses in the area and introduce our guests t everything that the Highlands has to offer.

Our mission is simple, to provide luxury accommodation in beautiful settings at an affordable price.

We specialise in one-bedroom properties aimed at couples or business travellers. We aim to make people feel as comfortable as possible. To that end, we have built in features to help you relax such as a wood burning stove and roll top bath at Otter Cottage and a hot tub at Drumossie Bothy.

Even dogs are welcome and can stay for free.
